Refund and Cancellation Policy

On the Time to Mind platform you can purchase Assessments, Self-Assessments and Post-Assessment Online services, which are used by one or more users called “Participants” in one of the pre-selected languages available.

Due to the nature of the digital service provided, the product can be received and consumed by the participant within minutes after payment, making it impossible for the customer to reconsider and cancel the order.

Since the user receives the purchased program instantly in their user profile, no user can claim that they did not receive the product. Therefore, to avoid any doubt, we have established a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy.
To complete a purchase, the user must go through several steps, including creating an account and selecting the desired program, which makes an error very unlikely.

As we mainly operate with partners and agents who bring customers to us under a B2B model, we firmly apply this policy in order to safeguard all agreements with partners and participants.

All purchases are immediately available for download by using the reference number and purchase details provided in the confirmation email. The account holder can then instantly download all purchased program(s).

Method of submitting a request

We have a strict no-refund policy. However, we are open to evaluating individual cases if you contact us by email at [email protected]. If we believe it is appropriate, we may consider an exception.
If you do not receive a reply within 7 business days, it means our support team has determined that you are not eligible for a refund.
